You only need a Slow Morning Routine.

Hold on! Relax...

I'm not going to force you to wake up at 4 a.m. Yeah, even Elon Musk can wake up around 7 a.m. and still be successful.

A slow morning means a counter-movement. It's like a warm-up for your day. It's a routine to connect your body, mind, and soul.

So, to have a slow morning, I need to tell you that you should wake up an hour earlier before you start your day.

Isn't that hard. I promise!

This is the easiest way to increase your energy in the morning and be productive for the rest of the day.

So, what can you do in your slow morning routine?

Drink water first after you wake up.
Wash your face and brush your teeth.
Write down your thoughts! Gratitude, affirmation, negative self-talk, anything on your mind
Listen to your favorite playlist.
Exercise! Too lazy? Just make your bed.
